POACHED SEASONAL FRIUT WITH MASCAPONE

 

 

Choose fruit that is in season.

½ cup of water

2 tbspns of brown sugar

3 teaspoons of vanilla essence

250g of Pantalica mascarpone

Suggest pears, apples, nectarines, plums or peaches.

Wash but do not peel, just quarter pear and apples and remove cores or halve nectarines, plums and peaches and remove stones.

 

Place ½ cup of water, sugar and vanilla essence in a saucepan And add fruit. Simmer with lid on for approximately 12 minutes.

Serve with Pantalica mascarpone.
