Family owned and operated, the Pantalica Cheese Company is managed by Cavalieri Del Lavoro Sebastiano, with the assistance of sons Silvio – General Manager of Business and Marketing, and Biagio – General Manager of Production, along with son-in-law Steve – Supervisor of Production.
The company’s success comes from its dedication to traditional Italian cheese making methods, the core range of traditional Italian cheeses which it has become renowned for, and its commitment to new product development.
Pantalica Cheese Company’s manufacturing facilities in Thomastown, Victoria feature state-of-the-art packaging, cool stores and despatch facilities to meet the exacting demands of today’s market.
Products and facilities are approved for export by the Australian Quarantine Inspection Services (AQIS), and have received Halal Accreditation (AFIC).
The company has also received accreditation from Dairy Food Safety Victoria (DFSV); True Quality – Food Quality Services;
Food Operations – the Woolworths Standard and the British Retail Consortium Global Standard (BRC).
