RICOTTA BREAKFAST PANCAKES

 

 

3 Eggs

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 cup of plain flour

3/4 cup of milk

250g Pantalica Extra Light Ricotta

 

Separate eggs, and beat whites before setting aside.

Mix all other ingredients well, then gently fold in the beaten eggs whites.

Cook in a preheated pan and serve with seasonal fruits.

Serves 2-4
