Makes 2 pizzas
1 quantity of easy no yeast pizza dough
1 cup tomatoe paste
6 roma tomatoes
10 slices of prosciutto
1 cup of fresh basil leaves
3 cups of Pantalica mozzarella cheese
EASY NO YEAST DOUGH
1 ½ cups of S/R flour
½ teaspoon of salt
1 egg
2 tbspns of olive oil
½ cup of milk |

Sift dry ingredients in a bowl and make a well. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl and stir into flour mix.
Place dough on floured board and knead. Cut dough into two pieces and roll out thinly and place on two pizza trays.
Spread tomato paste on both pizza bases. Place half tomatoes, prosciutto and basil leaves on one pizza and the remainder on the other pizza.
Top each pizza with mozzarella cheese. Bake in pre heated oven 220 degrees C for 20 mins.
